Weekend Highlights

10U Results:  The 10U team played well against a field of both development and elite teams, but fell short of the championship game this weekend. Scores and key plays are available through GameChanger. The 10U team will break for the summer to allow players to participate in Little League summer and All-Star programs. Look for 10U to resume their quest for titles late summer to early fall.

11U Results:  The 11U team dominated at the 7th Annual ACB Open held near Pittsburgh, PA, going 5-0 on the weekend and winning handily in the championship game by mercy rule in 4 innings. The 11U squad fired on all pistons over 3 days of play with an unrelenting defense and punishing offense. Opponents gave up a parade of 6 out-of-the-park home runs to our players this weekend, including:

Brody Downs: First career HR (Grand Slam)
Tiernan Elliott: Two HRs (one Grand Slam)
Zach Mazer: Home run in the Championship game
Harrison Moore: Two HRs on the same day

The 11U Railsplitters will break for the summer to allow players to participate inlocal Little League summer and All-Star programs.

12U Results:  Our 12U team faced a daunting field of 21 teams in their division, yet ended the second day of play as the 3 seed. The team went 3-1-1 on the weekend, beating Newark Express Baseball 12U, Niagara Falls Rapids, Franklin River Bandits, and tying Marauders Baseball Club 12U. The Railsplitters fell in game 5 to Newark Express Baseball 12U, 7 to 4. Chris Warner led the team with an enviable collection of 3 out-of-the-park home runs during the tournament.
