Railsplitters Baseball Club was founded in 2014 for the purpose of preparing athletes to play competitively, level after level, from Little League to the MLB. Our philosophy is to build the athlete physically, train the athlete professionally, and prepare the athlete mentally.
We build strong fundamentals in our players to prepare them for advanced competition at the higher levels of the game. We employ professional instructors to ensure that all players are being taught to compete using proper techniques, paired with the latest research around baseball development, in order to ensure that our athletes are performing far above the competition.
While many organizations claim to operate with the long-term best interest of the player at the core of their program, we prove it by continually educating our coaches, instructors, parents, and players as they advance through levels of competitive play.
